Background and Experience
Ace Home Inspections is owned and operated by New York State Licensed Home Inspector, Frank Baldassarre. Frank has been working in the home inspection industry for ten years, using his knowledge and experience to help home buyers and sellers in New York City.
Before starting his career in home inspection, Frank worked in various other building trades throughout his life. He has constructed homes and completed several renovations over the years, helping him develop a complete understanding of homes, how they work, and what to look for when completing an inspection.
Unlike many other home inspectors, Frank knows exactly where to look for issues that other inspectors might gloss over and takes his time determining the condition of all parts of the home.
Lifelong Interest in the Industry
Frank has been interested in the construction and inspection industry throughout his entire life, and his passion shines through during his home inspections. His clients can tell just how much he enjoys his career and helping new and experienced home buyers alike. Frank has always liked doing construction and renovation projects of his own, so he has spent his life extensively studying building construction and how each building system works.
Today, he stays up to date with the latest practices in the home inspection industry with InterNACHI’s educational resources, which are among the best in the business, and teaches his clients anything they need to know about home repair and maintenance.
